Personal Coaching with High Performance Coach Dani Andres 
As a competitive athlete, you deserve complete personal attention, and can gain huge benefits from the experienced training advice and programs that are helping some of the world's elite athletes. My goal is to provide individualised, expert coaching that helps you achieve your goals, educate you and at the same time learn more about yourself.
A One to One Assessment will be booked in person or by phone in order to gather information ( an additional one time fee of $100 will be charged) to prepare your customize individualized program.

We will address any questions or concerns you might have at this time and explain the program process. Confer various relevant training theories and methods.
 
One-on-one Personal Coaching Session
Have your cycling technique or running form evaluated, overcome your fear of open water swimming, learn effective riding or running technique. Anything you wish the coach to assess, to excel in your given sport set up a coaching session with Dani and receive personal attention to maximize your training.
 
These sessions start at $100 per hour for individuals. A small price for a life time of changes. Coaching session appointments and additional person or group rate pricing are available by contacting Dani.
 
Personal Online Coaching with High Performance Coach Dani Andres
Online coaching is a popular and great form of coaching people, and is ideal for people who can't meet up with a squad or coach, for those who live in are remote area where there is no coach service or people who just need a program to follow. Knowing you have to report to your coach on a daily basis will help with motivation.
 
Unlike other restrictive online coaching training programs, there are no limits on the number of emails and no limits on the number of phone calls. Our mission at Pulse Performance Coaching is to be recognized as a leader in online coaching.
 
Coaching training programs that are designed and tailored specifically to the individuals goals and lifestyle using regular coach interaction and effective methodology. All programs start with an initial face to face consultation. (A one-off fee $100, for initial program set up).

Standard Tailored Training Program

A coaching program that is specific, efficient and tailored to your needs. You will receive personal attention to keep you motivated and keep you on the right track to reach your goals. Four months minimum.

A coaching program that is specific designed to achieve optimal performance for the more serious athlete. Time efficient and  taylored to your performance goals. You will receive expect analysis, extra personal attention and flexibility to keep you competitive. Six months minimum.
